- Footings approx. 24" x 9" with a double row of #4 rebar, depending on the site
- Walls 40' long or longer are built 10" thick; all others 8"
- Wall grids consist of #4 rebar, with 4 horizontal bars for 8 ft. walls and 2 horizontal bars for frost walls and a vertical bar every 3 ft. We pour our frost walls at a full 5 ft.
- Windows are insulated glass with a vinyl frame
- Footings will include a keyway or rebar dowels
- Foundation walls are a 3,000 psi design
