I have built several homes in the Bangor area using different contractors. I used JDS Homes for my most recent project in Orrington. It was refreshing to use Doug and his crew. Where other contractors would "set the hook" by starting the job, then go finish other work, forcing me to wait for them, Doug was always up front with both his schedule and pricing. Doug would follow through on commitments even if it took overtime work. His quality of work was also superb. I had other contractors do "close enough we'll fix it later" work. Doug would always do it right, even it meant taking a little extra time. I would highly recommend JDS homes for your next project.
